In the BSHS in Clinical Research Administration/MSHS in Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Research Leadershipn Dual Degree Program, you’ll study processes of clinical research, Good Clinical Practices, health equity, bioethics, and developing regulatory strategies to ensure successful medical product development and approval. This program is ideal for students that would like to make a difference in advancing scientific discoveries in the health arena through clinical research, clinical trials and regulatory affairs. Graduates can work in positions such as clinical research coordinator, clinical research associate, clinical research project manager, regulatory affairs specialist and regulatory compliance officer.
Admission/Eligibility Requirements
- Completion of an applicable associate degree from a partner community college.
- Graduated with a cumulative GPA in the applicable associate degree of 3.3 or greater for the CRA BSHS/MSHS program.
- Completed each transferable coursework with a grade of “C" or higher. If a course is repeated, only the higher grade will count.
- Completed GW application process.
- Letters of Recommendation (one for the BSHS program and two for the dual degree programs) are waived for all GAA applicants if they meet the above requirements.
- Prerequisite courses that must be completed prior to admission include the General Education courses listed below:
