Scholarly Concentrations

Three first-year medical students walk within the White House during Intersession on "How Physicians Can Create an AIDS-Free Generation.""

The Scholarly Concentration program enhances what students are learning in the medical curriculum. In support of exceptional opportunities, including, research-related summer internships and international electives, the OSPE administers a variety of scholarship programs. Whether learning from lawmakers on Capitol Hill about health policy, conducting research at NIH, serving in local community health organizations, or gaining a global perspective on fighting disease, our students are able to take advantage of an array of exciting and challenging opportunities offered through the Scholarly Concentration Program and Office of Student Professional Enrichment (OSPE).
