For verification of your Health Sciences Degree, please contact the Health Sciences Student Services Office at 202-994-4241 or hsp@gwu.edu.

MD Alumni

  • Request Certifications and Verifications by emailing the MD Registrar.
  • Request MSPE and Medical School Transcripts from the SMHS MD Registrar to upload through the Medical Institution Document Upload Service (MIDUS). Follow these instructions to assign links to the MD Registrar, who will upload the ducments on your behalf.
  • Submit the Diploma Replacement Form with appropriate payment to receive a replacement or duplicate copy of your diploma. Please note: replacement diplomas or certificates require a 4-6 week turnaround time.
