The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) honored second- and third-year PT students who exemplify those essential skills, recognizing their achievements at the Physical Therapy Program 2012 Excellence Awards on Nov. 8.
On May 18, the GW Doctor of Physical Therapy program held its annual Commencement Awards Ceremony. The event serves as an occasion to recognize the great work of the students, and faculty and their dedication to the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, to GW, and to the community.
The School of Medicine and Health Sciences is proud to report that the Physical Therapy program, which is part of the Health Sciences programs, rose in the US News & World Report rankings from 95th to 51st, putting the program in the 23rd percentile.
