Members of the George Washington University (GW) School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) MD Program Class of 2026 took their first symbolic steps on their path toward becoming physicians during the 24th annual White Coat and Honor Code Ceremony.

Members of the MD program Class of 2024 were joined by faculty, family, and friends to celebrate the 23rd Annual George Washington University (GW) School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) White Coat and Honor Code Ceremony.

The GW PA Program Class of 2020 received their long white coats during GW Commencement Weekend.

During the George Washington University (GW) School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) Physical Therapy (PT) Program Convocation on Oct. 28, the excellence, professionalism, and achievements of PT students and residents were celebrated.

The MD Class of 2023 received a warm welcome at the SMHS White Coat and Honor Code Ceremony in August.

A little over a month ago, a new class of PA students walked onto the GW Foggy Bottom Campus, and on June 28, they took another major step in their professional aspirations by donning short white coats during convocation. 

Graduates from the GW Physician Assistant Program Class of 2019 received their long white coats during GW Commencement Weekend.

Assisted by second-year PT students, members of the SMHS Physical Therapy Class of 2021 slipped their arms into the sleeves of their new white coats during the PT Convocation and White Coat ceremony.
