The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine and The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences are proud to present the Annual Dr. Seymour Alpert Memorial Lecture: "Coagulation = Collaboration — Lessons from Academic Anesthesiology Practice."
The annual award, named in honor of Marilyn Koering, PhD, Professor Emeritus of Anatomy and Cell Biology, who taught at GW for 34 years, from 1969 to 2003, is presented to a first-year medical student for outstanding work in the combined anatomical classes.
