Patience White, MD, emeritus professor of medicine and of pediatrics at SMHS, served as lead author on a report providing guidance for clinicians on transitioning all youth and young adults from pediatric to adult health care.

For the ninth consecutive year, all of the graduates from the 2018 SMHS Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy passed the National Physical Therapy Licensing Examination on their first attempt.

Dermatology resident Angelo Landriscina, MD, of the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, presented research during a mentoring session as part of his role as a 2018 DermMentors Resident of Distinction.
