Research Interests
Dr. Kusner’s research goal is to improve therapy for patients with myasthenia gravis. Research projects pursue novel treatment approaches by targeting complement inhibition to the neuromuscular junction and investigate the development of agents that suppress anti-apoptotic signals in autoreactive cells.
