Dr. Lotrecchiano is an expert in team science. His research focuses on enhancing science team effectiveness through the study of teams and enhancing cross-disciplinary science through systems research, the impact of motivation on teaming readiness, and ethics associated with collaboration. He is skilled in the application of methods that measure effectiveness in teams through evaluation constructs and tools, competencies for transitional scientists, and the integration of knowledge across disciplines.
