The GW Institute for Brain Health and Dementia launched an inaugural brain health event in partnership with DC Health and supported by the Alzheimer's Association. Together the groups aim to improve knowledge about brain health to support persons living with memory loss.

Register to sign up for one or more Monday Meditations sessions. These events are from 12-1 p.m. ET on June 3rd, June 10th, June 17th, June 24th. You will receive an event link 24-48 hours prior to the event.

The GW Institute for Brain Health and Dementia is a collaboration between the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences and the GW Milken Institute School of Public Health. The institute's mission is to optimize health and quality of life for adults with or at risk of cognitive impairment and their caregivers through research in prevention, treatment, management, and population health.
