The GW Resiliency & Well-being Center, in collaboration with the GW Office of Integrative Medicine & Health and AIM Health Institute, provides you with a free, weekly, online COVID-19 update and Q&A with Mikhail "Misha" Kogan, MD, associate professor of Medicine here at GW, a wellness talk by different health-care professionals, and a mind-body session lead by practitioners who specialize in meditation, diaphragmatic breathing, yoga, nature therapy, qi gong, Reiki.  These events are held from 2 - 3 p.m. ET on Fridays.  The mind-body practice begins at 2:30 p.m. ET.
