The developed glycoproteomic techniques offer unprecedented opportunities to investigate the interplay between genomics and protein modifications. The integration of glycoproteomic approaches into biomedical research has the significantly advance our understanding of functions of glycosylation and pave the way for more personalized and effective clinical interventions.
