GlySpace Alliance Webinar
GlyConnect is an interactive database containing curated glyco(proteo)mics data and metadata. In the previous design, data used to be cross-linked to ease exploration, though searching was very limited. A complete redesign of GlyConnect will be introduced. GlyConnect is now a graph database with a search engine and new displays that will be shown and explained through several examples.
