GlycoPOST: How to deposit your data in the glycan-related data repository
This webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of GlycoPOST—a data repository for glycan-related mass spectrometry (MS) data—covering its significance, underlying concepts, and general usage. In particular, following the revision of the MIRAGE (Minimum Information for A Glycomics Experiment) MS guidelines announced last year, we will highlight the updates implemented in GlycoPOST this year and explain how both glycomic and glycoproteomic data can now be deposited in GlycoPOST.
