Join us for these 4 afternoons of hands-on instruction in fundamental data skills that help you save time and increase research quality! Participants must register ahead of time and attend all 4 afternoons. Basic concepts and tools for Genomics research will be covered, including: cloud computing, BASH command line, environment management using Conda & Bioconda, data wrangling and processing, building reproducible workflows, and more. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems. The workshop is free.
