WTOP-FM - National Mall's Fourth of July Alcohol Ban a Boon for Holiday Safety

Robert Shesser, M.D., chair of the department of emergency medicine and professor of emergency medicine, was interviewed by WTOP-FM on safety during the Fourth of July holiday. Shesser mentioned that a ban on alcohol on the mall has led to a sharp drop in emergency room visits on July Fourth.
