NBC4 - D.C. Couple Skips Honeymoon to Help Health Care Workers During Pandemic

Yuan James Rao, MD, assistant professor of radiology, spoke to NBC4 for a segment on how he and Destie Provenzano, a PhD candidate in the GW Department of Biomedical Engineering, canceled their honeymoon due to the COVID-19 pandemic and joined with a group at GW to create 3-D printed respirators for the local health care workforce.
