Medpage Today - The 3 Year Medical School: Is Shorter Good Enough?

W. Scott Schroth, M.D., associate dean for administration and associate professor of medicine, was asked by Medpage Today about the pros/cons of shortening medical school to three years. Schroth commented that while a three year program would open roadblocks from primary care physicians, students often need four years to fully explore career options.
