Medical Xpress - 20 Percent of Nation's GME Funds Go to New York While 29 States Get Less Than One Percent, Study Says

Fitzhugh Mullan, Ph.D., M.D., Murdock Head Professor of Medicine and Health Policy and assistant clinical professor of pediatrics, was featured in Medical Xpress for his research finding New York state received 20 percent of all Medicare's graduate medical education funding while 29 states, including places struggling with a severe shortage of physicians, got less than one percent.
