In the Capital featured GW researchers, who have received more than $13 million in federal funding over the last month. Of the $13 million, $9 million will be to fund research by Matthew Colonnese, Ph.D., assistant professor of pharmacology and physiology, Richard Katz, M.D., Bloedorn Professor of Cardiology, Mandi Pratt-Chapman, M.A., associate director of the GW Cancer Institute, and Dominic Raj, M.D., director of the division of nephrology and professor of medicine.
