1) Identification of biomarkers for allergens- and helminth antigens-specific human Th2 cells subsets 2) multiomic profiling and TCR repertoire diversity of effector Th2 cells in the context of allergic diseases and helminth infections in both human studies, experimental murine models and in vitro cell lines. 3) underpinnings of pulmonary type-2 inflammation induced by helminth infection and allergic diseases 4) influence of helminth infections on the regulation of the immune response of allergic individuals; 5) co-infections models 6) implementation/monitoring/evaluation of different strategies of mass drug administration programs and diagnostics development for the control of Neglected Tropical Diseases in Africa
