Research Interests
Dr. Moudgil's research main interest and focus is on the long-term care of children after renal transplantation and those with difficult nephrotic syndrome. Dr. Moudgil has specialized in several issues pertaining to children after receiving a transplant such as identifying nutritional vitamin D deficiency and monitoring for bone health; monitoring for cardiovascular health; and monitoring for common viruses including Epstein Barr Virus that can cause a cancer in children after transplantation known as post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder.
