Research topics include Point of Care testing (including novel biomarkers and capsule endoscopy);  diagnosis and management of abdominal pain and GI emergencies (including renal colic, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer disease appendicitis, small bowel obstruction.); and applying new technology to improve acute care medicine.
