Join the GW Resiliency & Well-being Center (R&W Center) at 12 p.m. ET on Friday, October 11, 2024, for a Women's Well-being Lecture Series on "Menopause & Perimenopause: Everything Is Not The Ovaries’ Fault!" by Lara Williams, MD, MSHS`20, FACOG, IFMCP, FAARM, ABOIM.

Along with being the  R&WC's Women’s Well-being Champion, Dr. Williams is the managing partner of The Oregon Clinic – OBGYN North, where she provides a holistic approach to women’s health care issues including menopause and hormone replacement therapy.

Objectives

  1. Categorize the different contributing factors for menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms
  2. Choose lifestyle strategies to help mitigate the factors contributing to symptomatology
  3. Apply learned knowledge moving forward to advocate for treatment strategies
