Join the GW Resiliency & Well-being Center (R&W Center) at 12 p.m. ET on Friday, October 11, 2024, for a Women's Well-being Lecture Series on "Menopause & Perimenopause: Everything Is Not The Ovaries’ Fault!" by Lara Williams, MD, MSHS`20, FACOG, IFMCP, FAARM, ABOIM.
Along with being the R&WC's Women’s Well-being Champion, Dr. Williams is the managing partner of The Oregon Clinic – OBGYN North, where she provides a holistic approach to women’s health care issues including menopause and hormone replacement therapy.

Objectives
- Categorize the different contributing factors for menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms
- Choose lifestyle strategies to help mitigate the factors contributing to symptomatology
- Apply learned knowledge moving forward to advocate for treatment strategies
