This session explores the "Last Page" article detailing ten evidence-based strategies to mitigate gender disparities in academic medicine. The discussion will focus on actionable steps for leaders and allies to promote gender equity, addressing both systemic and individual-level changes. Attendees will engage in a thoughtful review of the top strategies and participate in focused discussions to identify opportunities for meaningful action in their own spheres of influence.
