Educational programs have a responsibility to ensure equity in the assessments and feedback that learners receive. This presentation explores current research on equity in assessment and efforts to identify and address assessment inequities in clinical education. Participants will also examine how program evaluation and education continuous quality improvement (ECQI) can serve as powerful tools for promoting equitable assessment practices.
