Join us online for the GW School of Medicine & Health Sciences' 4th Annual Patrick & Marguerite Sung Symposium: Whole Health & Wellness from 1 pm to 5 pm ET on Friday, April 23, 2021.  Organized by the GW Office of Integrative Medicine & Health, this virtual event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

Presentation topics include: the Whole Health model for veterans; Whole Health as a radical redesign for health care; health equity in health care; the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health’s research enterprise and the effort to strengthen a consideration of Whole Person Health with research on multimodal approaches to care.

The speakers will be health care thought leaders Hélène Langevin, MD, director of the National Center for Complementary & Integrative Health at the National Institutes of Health; Tracy Gaudet, MD, executive director of Whole Health Institute; Wayne Jonas, MD, executive director of Samueli Integrative Health Programs: and Jehan El-Bayoumi, MD, professor of Medicine at the GW School of Medicine & Health Sciences, and founding director of GW's Rodham Institute.  The lectures will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.
