Description |
Clinical and research experience directly supervised by the course director. There will be clinical exposure to patients who have gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary and nutritional disorders. Patient consultations, teaching rounds and seminars may be incorporated into the elective. Research activity will be developed with student at the time of the elective with the possibility of completing a publication by the end of the elective/academic year. Clinical activity may also include other divisional faculty. |
