The Event Management Team is thrilled to provide services and logistic planning support to our faculty, staff and students holding events at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Our goal is to make every event safe and successful. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our event policies and procedures. Proper planning tends to result in an excellent event.
The Office of Resource Management and Operations offers a wide range of services in support of special events by the SMHS community. University-owned furniture and equipment, pricing and logistics of event set-ups is provided by the Event Team.
Our event team will work one-on-one with you to:
- Strategize your objectives
- Identify the right space for your meeting or event
- Handle all the details from start to finish
- Answer any questions and guide you every step of the way
- Keep your budget in mind

Please keep in mind that our primary mission is an academic one. Therefore, there is a slight possibility that rescheduling of non-academic events may be required. If this is the case, we will contact you.

Please note Ross Hall’s loading dock is not available for visitor or vendor parking. It will be available for caterers to off-load equipment needed for events during the following times:
