Technical Support Services

Classroom Services offers on-site technical support service for learning spaces in the following locations:

  • Ross Hall
  • Himmelfarb Library
  • 2000 Pennsylvania Ave.
  • 2100 Pennsylvania Ave.
  • 2030 M Street

Our technical support team can assist clients with their audiovisual, projection, teleconferencing, and computer needs.

Technician Availability and Service Calls

On-site technicians are available between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday to assist clients with A/V equipment located in over 40 learning spaces.

Scheduling a Request for On-Site support

Clients are required to notify Classroom Services at least 48 hours in advance of the planned activity. The following information must be provided at the time of scheduling: the date, time, location, contact information for the GW-SMHS representative, and any additional details regarding equipment requests.
