Orientation Dates
PGY 1: |
June 17, 18 & 19 |
This orientation is for all first-year residents who have never participated in post-graduate training. |
PGY 2 and above: |
July 1 & 2 |
This orientation is for fellows and for residents who are new to GW and have completed at least one year of post-graduate training. |

Certain documents require “original” signatures or ask for personal protected information (SSN, DOB) and must be returned to the GME Office by US Mail. Others may be faxed or e-mailed as indicated.

GW residents and fellows receive free parking during working hours at GW. Vehicles parked on GW property must be registered and a valid parking sticker must be displayed. You may register more than one vehicle, but only one vehicle at a time may be parked in a University garage. University Parking office will be available to distribute parking assignments and stickers. You will need to bring your vehicle registration with you to orientation. |
