Led by PI, Dr. Mandi Pratt-Chapman, graduate of the Translational Health Sciences doctoral program, the George Washington University (GW) Cancer Center released the Advancing Patient-Centered Cancer Survivorship Care Toolkit, a companion mini-module as part of the Cancer Survivorship E-Learning Series for Primary Care Providers and peer forum. These implementation tools were developed with the support of the Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Awards program, an initiative of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
The Advancing Patient-Centered Cancer Survivorship Care Toolkit offers an opportunity for comprehensive cancer control programs and coalitions to provide training and technical assistance to health care providers or organizations in order to improve patient-centered cancer survivorship care in their state, tribe, or territory.
