Please complete one form for each room request and/or date request. In order to provide service excellence and ensure scheduling accuracy, all room requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of actual date needed. Confirmation notice will be sent via email. Request only class size needed.
Every attempt is made to honor preferred date, time, and room location requests. However, we ask that all requests are received in a timely manner as noted specifically for each semester. All other requests for room availability must be submitted within a minimum of 72 hours prior to the actual date needed. Adhering to the established process will help to secure your reservation.
