2018 Summer Institute

The Summer Institute, Issues and Trends in Regulatory Science, is an international, multi-disciplinary program that provides a forum for participants to learn how innovative drugs and devices are developed.

Now in its third year, the Summer Institute is sponsored by the George Washington University (GW) School of Medicine and Health Sciences in collaboration with the European Center of Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM) at the University of Basel, Switzerland.

The Institute is held on GW's main campus in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. Our location in the nation’s capital affords unparalleled access to government and regulatory agencies. Institute attendees will visit the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the U.S. Congress. Attendees will interface with thought leaders and work on case studies with professionals from around the world.  To learn more about this institute, please go to: https://issuestrendsconference.drupal.gwu.edu/
