Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC)

“COPC is designed for clinicians to apply public health in clinical settings. COPC can be applied with any community, domestic or international, for any clinical issue. PAs who graduate from our program are equipped to assess, design, implement, and evaluate community health interventions with current technologies. Our students have learned how to analyze electronic health records at a population level and design mobile phone apps. With the changing health care environment, there is an expectation for clinical practices to address population health. COPC seeks to address and offer solutions to improve the lives of our patients and communities.”
