Online: A Mindfulness Experience

Take an hour to join us for free, weekly, online meditation session and COVID-19 Q&A

Join us for A Mindfulness Experience (AME) from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET on Fridays.  This free, weekly, online event includes evidence-based answers to your COVID-19 questions, a wellness talk by a health professional, and a stress-relieving mindfulness session.  The mind-body practice is scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm ET.  AME is organized by the GW Office of Integrative Medicine & Health and AIM Health Institute.
