Join us for A Mindfulness Experience at 2 pm ET on Friday, September 24, 2021. The free, weekly, online event includes a wellness talk, evidence based answers to your COVID-19 questions, and a stress-relieving mind-body practice. Julie Wendt, MS, CNS, LDN, adjunct Instructor at the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and Mara Benner, mind-body-spirit director at the GW Center for Integrative Medicine and practitioner/CEO of Four Directions Wellness, will facilitate this AME.
The wellness talk will be given by Julie Wendt, a licensed nutritionist, educator, author who provides personalized nutrition counseling to patients with chronic health concerns as well as those looking to optimize their health for longevity through her private practice Julie Wendt Nutrition.
The mindfulness session will be led by Mara Benner, RMT, who is a certified energy medicine practitioner, certified intuitive counselor, interfaith/interspiritual minister, integrative reflexologist, reiki master, certified qigong training, certified crystal healer, and certified shamanic healer.
