Join us for A Mindfulness Experience at 2 pm ET on Fridays. The facilitators will be Nyle MacFarlane, MS, OTR/L, occupational therapist and founder of Blue Nyle Therapy, and Nina Paul, mindfulness instructor, Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, GW Milken Institute School of Public Health, and mindfulness and emotional resilience coach and meditation teacher at the GW Center for Integrative Medicine.
This event is organized by the GW Office of Integrative Medicine and Health and AIM Health Institute. This free, weekly, online event includes evidence-based answers to your COVID-19 questions, a wellness talk by a health professional, and a stress-relieving mindfulness session. The mind-body practice will begin at 2:30 pm ET.
