1/28 SCHEDULE UPDATE: New Shuttle Between GW SMHS, Children's National, & the Veterans Administration Hospital
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new shuttle service linking GW SMHS, Children's National Health System, and the Veterans Administration Hospital. As part of 90-day evaluation period, the shuttle service schedule will be adjusted to better reflect ridership demands.
Please see the updated schedule below and we hope that you'll utilize the shuttle on its new schedule.
A new shuttle is now available for students, residents, faculty and staff to provide transportation between GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Children's National, and the Veterans Administration Hospital. Daily shuttle service will be available Monday-Friday, 5:30am - 6:55pm. A 24 passenger mini bus will be used during the trial period.
The new shuttle service will be piloted for 90 days to determine if there is adequate ridership that would warrant a permanent shuttle service between the three medical institutions.
