For Pharmacists

This course is approved for 64 CE hours for pharmacists. CE credits will be transmitted electronically to NABP within 30 days.

For Physician Assistants

AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA Physician Recognition Award Category 1 Credits™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society. Physician assistants may receive a maximum of 70.25 hours of Category 1 Credits™ for participating in this 8-day activity, 44.5 hours for the 5-day Hematology section and 41.75 hours for the 5-day Oncology section.

For Nurses

This activity has been submitted to the Oncology Nursing Society for approval to award contact hours. ONS is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's COA.
