Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, please email meetings@sanovaworks.com. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations submitted prior to February 1, 2020. For cancellations received after February 1, 2020, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 17, 2019. There is no fee to transfer your registration to the following year.

The cancellation policy applies to tuition only. GW is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. If GW cancels this event, it is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. GW does not cancel events due to inclement weather. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
