Archived Course Recordings

Following the course, all attendees will receive complimentary access for one year to the recorded lectures via the online course portal, Home Study. These high quality Audio synchronized with presentation slides recordings can be accessed online across multiple devices, including iPhone, iPad or Android phones and tablets. Participants can view/stream the PowerPoint presentation in the course portal or download the MP3 files for listening. 

Printed Syllabus

Optional purchase of a printed syllabus is available for an additional fee. Your pre-ordered syllabus will be available when you check into the conference if purchased by July 6, 2019.
