Guide for Delivering Quality Survivorship Care

Developed by the George Washington University Cancer Institute, as part of the National Cancer Survivorship Resource Center, the Guide for Delivering Quality Suviorship Care provides health care professionals with the knowledge, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality follow-up care to cancer survivors. 

The Guide is divided into three sections: 

  1. Defining Survivorship Care,
  2. Developing Survivorship Programs, and
  3. Accessing Survivorship Center Tools.

The Guide will continue to be updated with the latest information, research, and evidence-based interventions.
