There will be an AM and a PM group beginning at 9am and 1pm respectively. Students will be picking up T-shirts in the Ross Hall courtyard starting a half-hour before the stations begin at 8:30am and 12:30pm respectively.
Station 1: Homeless Aid Station working to create "Fresh Start Shoeboxes" and "Mealtime Inspiration Kits" for Central Union Mission, a DC homeless shelter.
Station 2: Children's Health and Animal shelter station: creating piggy banks for NIH Children's Inn and dog toys for the Humane Rescue Alliance
Station 3: Veterans Station: writing letters to veterans and active duty service members thanking them for service to country
Station 4: Women's Health Station: putting together wound care kits with HIPS, making "Welcome Back Kits" for Healthy Babies Project transitional house in DC.
Station 5: Schools Station: creating several items for under-resourced school such as talking sticks, toys for positive reinforcement of behavior, and "calm down boxes"
