Instructions for Submitting Abstracts

The organizers of the Sixth International Symposium on Thymosins in Health and Disease invite submission of scientific abstracts for short oral presentations or for poster presentations.

The deadline for submitting abstracts for oral presentation is June 1, 2022, and the deadline for submitting late breaking abstracts is July1, 2022.

The deadline for submitting poster presentations is July 1, 2022. Notification of acceptance will be made before July 31, 2022.

It is preferred that abstracts be submitted in electronic format. Submissions by fax WILL NOT BE accepted.

Oral presentations will be limited to a total of 20 minutes per speaker (15 minutes talk+ 5 minutes questions).

Please adhere to the following format and submit all abstracts electronically. Use a typeface no smaller than 12 points on a single 8½ x 11-inch page. Each abstract should include the following:

  1. Title of paper: Use all caps and include the name of the cooperative group, if any.
  2. All authors: Use upper and lower case. Include all authors in same paragraph as title, then affiliations, city, state and country.
  3. Abstract: The abstract should include a) a single sentence describing the purpose, b) brief description of procedures, c) results, and d) conclusions. Tables may be used.

In a cover letter or email accompanying your abstract submission indicate whether the presentation format you desire is for oral presentation or poster presentation. Be sure to include your complete contact information and a statement that if accepted you agree to make your presentation in Italy, at the place and time designated by the Organizers of the Sixth International Symposium on Thymosins in Health and Disease.
