Blavatnik National Awards Nomination Guidelines

Dear SMHS Chairs:

The New York Academy of Sciences and the Blavatnik Family Foundation have invited GW to nominate up to 3 outstanding young faculty members, for the 2020 Blavatnik National Awards for Young Scientists - One in each of the three disciplinary categories: Chemistry, Physical Sciences & Engineering, and Life Sciences.

One nominee in each category will be awarded $250,000 and be named a 2020 Blavatnik National Awards Laureate; additional nominees will be recognized as Finalists. Honorees will be celebrated at the 2020 Blavatnik National Awards Ceremony in New York City in September 2020.
