We're located in the heart of Washington, D.C., in close proximity to government labs (e.g., NIH, USDA, and FDA), as well as biotechnology companies, research hospitals, law firms, non-profit, non-governmental organizations, and many other entities; our location is truly unique and provides our students with ample, unparalleled professional development opportunities.
Students on this track will be prepared for a career in academia/research or for careers in industry; and in any field from advanced biomedical research, medicine, and public health, to law and policy.
The program provides flexibility for working professionals (classes are held in the evenings) and options to choose between thesis and non-thesis tracks, and between a 1-year and a 2-year program.
