Technical Support Services

Classroom Services offers on-site technical support service for learning spaces in the following locations:

  • Ross Hall
  • Himmelfarb Library
  • 2000 Pennsylvania Ave.
  • 2600 Virginia Ave.

Our technical support team can assist clients with their audiovisual, projection, teleconferencing, and computer needs.

Technician Availability and Service Calls

On-site technicians are available between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday to assist clients with A/V equipment located in over 40 learning spaces. Call 202-994-2856 for assistance.

If you are experiencing technical issues for a class in session, please pick up the phone mounted on the wall to reach Classroom Services staff directly.

Scheduling a Request for On-Site support

If requesting support services as part of a scheduled activity, clients must indicate what support is needed under “Services” tab of the Reservation Request Form. Please provide a detailed list of requested services, and be prepared to provide additional details such as video teleconferencing links or presentation slides.
