Dawes, MD is the Associate Medical Director of Pediatrics at Children’s National Health Systems.  She shares her experience in the MTLDP and highlights the incorporation of adult learning theory into outpatient rotations in the pediatric outpatient setting and applying PLHET design to sessions on rashes and pediatric development.
