Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing (e-mailed to cehp@gwu.edu or faxed to (202) 242-1036 (e-fax line).
- Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2024 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received between August 2, 2024 and August 15, 2024 are eligible for a refund of 50%, less a $50 processing fee.
- Tuition is not refundable after August 15, 2024.
- Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant.
- Note: An attendee who does not cancel in writing and does not complete the course is still responsible for payment.
The cancellation policy applies to registration fees only. GW is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this symposium. If GW cancels this event, it is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. GW does not cancel events due to inclement weather. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
