Each spring, we connect our newly-matched fourth year students with alumni who live in areas where they matched. It is our hope that you, as alumni, can host a student who will be serving their residency in your area, or even your hospital.

As a host we would ask that you offer to answer questions new residents might have about the area, housing and moving logistics, their hospital, or what it means to be a hospital resident.

You may also consider inviting the resident and his/her family out to dinner — imagine how powerful a friendly face with a GW background would be in their new surroundings!
